For most passenger vehicles, North Carolina allows a minimum of 35% VLT on the front side windows and 32% on the rear side windows and rear glass, plus a strip above the AS-1 line on the windshield. We install legal tint only, and we will confirm the current statute and any medical exemption handling with you before installation.
Most full-vehicle installations are completed the same day. We will give you an exact window when we book, so you can plan around it.
Leave the windows up for the cure period we give you at pickup. You may notice slight haze or small water pockets during that time. That is normal moisture leaving the film and it clears as it cures.
Use a soft microfiber towel and an ammonia-free glass cleaner. Ammonia-based cleaners break down film over time. That is the entire maintenance routine.
